The Groz FM-10 Mechanical Diesel Meter (SKU 45641) gives shops, farms, and fleet operators a rugged, no-power flow meter that reads in U.S. gallons with +/-1% laboratory-tested accuracy and +/-0.30% repeatability across a 5-32 GPM flow range.Inside the die-cast aluminum housing, a nutating disc mechanism delivers high tolerance to fuel contamination and works with media up to 2000 cSt. Wetted components are aluminum, butyl terephthalate, and nitrile rubber. The meter is rated to 145 PSI working pressure (435 PSI burst) with just 3 PSI pressure loss, and operates from 14 degrees F to 140 degrees F. The 1" NPT female inlet and outlet make it a drop-in fit for most diesel transfer setups.A resettable batch totalizer tracks individual fills up to 99.9 gallons in 0.10-gallon increments, while the non-resettable register logs lifetime throughput up to 99,999.9 gallons. The register cap removes and rotates in 90-degree steps for clear reading in any mounting position, and field re-calibration is straightforward. Use in-line with an electric transfer pump or by gravity flow with a minimum 4 ft head. Recommended for diesel, biodiesel, and low-to-medium viscosity oils. Do not use with gasoline or water-based media. Not for use measuring media for resale.
